Receiving Address

Shipping Time

We will arrange to ship your order as soon as possible after we receive it. Generally, we will ship your order within 3-5 business days. If your order requires special customization or production, we will communicate with you and confirm the shipping time in time after you place your order.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. We will only cover shipping costs if the item is damaged and needs to be replaced.
